Here's a final tip on setting up your new drum sampler plugin. If you wish to use the drum samples as drums in a song, you'll need to adjust the output volume of the plugin. You can do this in the MIDI Output settings in PS360MIDI Drummer. Spoiler
A few minutes ago, I finished recording drums for a song and I was really happy with the results. I was going to export the files so I could edit them on my computer instead of on my PS3, but then I checked the channel and it wasn't working. Then I realized that I hadn't changed the MIDI channel on my audio mixer. So, I set the channel on my audio mixer to 7 (the same as my MIDI channel) and tried exporting the files and it worked. I hope this helps others out there who are usually forced to record on their MIDI.
Now, in your audio studio software, create a new channel. Open the channel's properties and adjust the settings to match the MIDI channel being used for the PS360MIDI Drummer program. Then, in your audio studio software, attach one of the PS360MIDI Drummer drums via the MIDI IN port to the audio channel.
In the PS360MIDI Drummer settings, click Save Settings to save the settings for the drum kit. Your drums and cymbals will now appear in the Drumkit Library for future song creation.
I'm trying to use the second PS360MIDI Drummer drum kit to record from my MIDI Guitar and PS360MIDI Drummer. When I go to Settings under MIDI, the Output channel menu only lists 4 options. I'd like to select channel 2, but the only options are 1, 4, 8, and 16. Can anyone help with this?
