Ideally, everybody in an organization can run the same version of Tableau Desktop or Tableau Server, but that's not always possible. In a large organization, different individuals or groups might need to use different versions of Tableau products.

An updatable subscription license, enables you to consolidate licenses and update your Tableau Servers using a single product key. Supported VersionsTableau provides Technical Support on each version of the product for twenty-four (24) months after release. For an additional twelve (12) months, Tableau Technical Support will assist with issues in the documentation and with any requests to upgrade.

To ensure the safety of your data and deployments, Tableau only supports downloading product versions for twenty-four (24) months after release. Older versions have reached their End of Life and are no longer supported. They are also not assessed for potential security issues and do not receive security updates.

The download file for this version has been removed due to the security issues currently identified in CVE-2021-44228 and CVE-2021-45046. In order to address these security issues, you must update to the newest version of your desired Tableau product.
